School Leadership

Nathasassi Warittanadejcho (AMI)

Executive Director, Founder & Licensee
Khru Air founded Chiang Mai Montessori in 2010 with a clear and enduring vision: to create a school where children are deeply respected, supported in their natural development, and inspired to grow into confident, capable adults prepared for an ever-changing world. Grounded in the principles of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), her approach places the needs of the child at the heart of every decision. Her lifelong commitment to education is guided by the belief that schools should be nurturing environments—not just for academic growth, but for the development of independence, resilience, and joy in learning. This vision continues to shape the direction of CMM today. After more than a decade of growth, including new initiatives such as the WOWS Nature Learning Center and the creation of a successful football academy, Esara FC Evolution, CMM remains closely connected to the community in which it was founded. Khru Air continues to be actively involved—supporting staff, welcoming new families, and guiding the school’s evolution—while also focusing on new ways the school can serve children and families into the future.

Naz brings 13 years of professional football experience across three continents, giving him a deep understanding of the game at every level. His career began in the Netherlands and led him to Thailand’s Thai League 1 and Malaysia’s Super League, representing nine different clubs along the way. From youth football to the professional ranks, he has experienced promotions, relegations, and championship victories, gaining invaluable insight into effective club management and the ability to adapt to diverse football cultures. At school, Naz is a member of the Board of Directors, where he contributes fresh perspectives and constructive ideas to support systems building and long-term development. Energetic and forward-looking, he leads from the front with confidence but is equally ready to stand firm at the back, offering steady support whenever it is needed. His presence is both dynamic and dependable, making him a valued leader on and off the field.

With her fluency in both Chinese and English, she plays a particularly important role in supporting our Chinese families, offering a bridge across cultures and ensuring smooth communication. Outside of facilities, Neung brings his passion for sport and teamwork into the community. A keen footballer, he plays regularly with the adult team alongside Coach Naz, Coach Phong, and other parents.
